Attendance
You are expected to keep good attendance, you should join the shell to attend events. Even though we are all very social with each other, this is an events based linkshell and you are expected to attend all events you can.
You should be attending all the events we do, we now longer accept or tolerate "pick and chose event" type members. When the shell is in sky, you should be there most of the time helping. When we are in Sea, you should be there helping. If you want to augment these events by doing them in another shell, you are welcome to do that, as long as they don't conflict with our times, or your attendance to our events.
Any events that we don't currently do you are welcome to do with other LS's. (Dynamis Einjerhar etc.)
That being said, there is no minimum requirement for attendance, but generally if you are online you should attend most of the events. If a leader feels your attendance is poor, you will be warned the first time, put on retrial the second time, and kicked the third time. (This is loosely enforced and only reserved for people with the worst attendance). Purposely skipping events without prior notification can be subject to removal by a leader with no prior notification.
Linkshell Chat
Chat in the linkshell is a free for all. You should expect anything and often times will still be surprised. How ever constant personal attacks with malicious intent towards a person or group of people will not be tolerated, if linkshell chat degrades to a point where people have to delink, then you will receive a tell about your behavior. If after this warning you continue you will have your shell broken temporarily until you can behave yourself. We hate babysitting so please don't make us do it.
